if only you wish you was the sneaky fly on my wall, you would have heard all kinds of new words.   i’m not kidding folks.

my complaint  is about a few things today, ok only one thing today , oh lets start with Frontier.com .

awhile back i started learning to pay bills online from my credit union, so i set it up  to pay bills online the way i want and noooo i did not put a check mark in the area for E-bill/statements.

everything was fine, i kept receiving the paper bills(paper statements) like i wanted to my mail box .

then the problems started to happen, i stopped receiving my paper bill in may, you know that bill that come’s every month via snail mail, the metal piece of shit out by the street, ya , that mail box.

so i called them in june and then on July 5th and now i called them again on July 23,

when i first called them JUNE ,i thought it was my fault, and i talked to them and they said that i will be getting paper statements again, well guess what ?, nope !,

so i called them again on July 5th and they said to call my bank cuz the mistake might be at my banks end , so i said ok,  so i logged into my credit union account and then called the phone number of my credit union and they looked at my online bill set up and said no , that i did everything right .

sooooo then i called frontier.com back and said that they(frontier) are the ones that screwed up, and so they looked at their system and said oh, we had a glitch that only affected the state of Washington where when people paid their bills online from their bank that they got opted in automatically for

E-billing/statements , that’s where you get an email saying your bill is due and not receive a paper bill no more, so that means they  enrolled me with out my consent for E-billing.

so again on July 5th they said they fixed it , guess what ?, NOPE !

so now its July 23 today and so i called them today and i wait for like 30 minutes listening to crap music and finally i get a fucking human, yes folks humans are not dead yet, lol.

and it turned out to be some lady from New York !, oh my fricking  god !, not in Washington state ? now i’m pissed,

so i give my info and she brings up my bill and i tell her that for the second time they did not fix their mistake and i made sure she knew it was frontier.com’s mistake and not mine ,

and she said i had to go to frontier.com and log into my online account , i told her i tried that and it wont let me log in and yes i do have the ability to log in and view my bill, but nope not today folks , so as she was again trying to fix the glitch and to check out why i cant log onto my online frontier.com account , the company hung up on me by mistake….or was it ?.

soooo i tried to call them back up, but each time i tried to call them back, i got a busy signal , awwwww those fuckers !.

but hey i see this other number from their website, sooooo i called that toll free number instead of the one on my old paper bill,  ha ha i cant be stopped.

and so i wait and wait and listen to again their sucky ass music and yes i get another human , this time a human from fucking Texas folks!, yes, another state besides a location in Washington,

and i’m thinking to my self , i better not get dropped this time and get some dude from India , oh my fucking god , but nope i was able to stay with the guy from Texas.

so any ways i’m livid and pissed off and get this , i’m also on my PERIOD !, yes the rag , folks.

so i give him my account info and he bring up my bill, i tell him about being drop by this lady from new york, and he says that they just had some phone glitch and thats why i got dropped, and i say    ”but i’m talking to you from another number” , and he says they just fixed it.

so he looks at my account and i yelled at him that i want my paper bills sent to my house right NOW !, and i got on his ass, telling him in no way did i check any thing that said no more paper bills, that they did that and not me.

so he put me on hold and then got back to me saying he had to call another department and said it will take one OR two billing cycles for the paper bills to show up like they have been in the past.

i then asked him when my bill was due in August, cuz its obvious that i’m not getting a paper bill this month (July) so now i got to pay this phone bill before August 6th in the amount  of $53.92

and guess what ?, i have to pay online from my credit union and i asked him will that mess it for me as far as getting papers bills too  my mail box,  cuz thats when this whole thing started and he said no.

all because they tried to pull a fast one on me, i know if i get E-statements that saves them money , cuz i guess it cost them money to send out a paper bill every month .

and they tried to trick me and shit, by sneaking the E-statement on me with out my permission, those sneaky fuckers !, they don’t realize who they are fucking with , well they will learn that you cant do shit with out the customers say so, thats my right.

and if this continues i will tell them i’m going to file a complain on their ass to the BBB.org web site “better business bureau” ( bbb.org ) i found them on the bbb.org website as “frontier communications” .

this is pure bull shit, i have asthma , if i decide to close my account with them and have my Land Line phone shut off, how the hell am i supposed to call 911 when i have an astham attack ?.

i’m just so pissed right now !.
